cancellation policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require a 48-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation with me. Should you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours notice, OR no show for your reservation, a $55 per service cancellation fee does apply and will be due prior to a new reservation being scheduled.
service re-do and retail return policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. I do not guarantee color services without the use of my recommended Davines hair product. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 14 days from your initial purchase.
no children policy
For the safety and well being for all my guests and for your children, and to create the best possible environment for your experience, children are not allowed in the salon. It is not a safe place for them, hot tools, sharp shears and hair color are just a few dangers to them.
